Product Highlights:
Produces symmetrical tenon with 60° tapered shoulder that fits neatly in countersunk socket
Main blade shapes tenon and shoulder; finishing blade smoothes tenon to consistent diameter and cuts slight relief at base of shoulder to ensure it seats flush
Finishing blade's cutting depth is adjustable; can fine-tune tenon diameter for close fit
Cutting capacity for all sizes is 1-1/2" greater than tenon diameter
Sizes 5/8" to 1" cut 2" long tenons (not including tapered shoulder) and are for use in drills with 3/8" or larger chuck; sizes 1-1/4" to 2" cut 3" tenons and are for use in drills with 1/2" or larger chuck
All have hex shanks and anodized bodies and can be used in electric drill or hand brace (not for use in drill press)
Two sizes for countersinks, each with interchangeable bushings sized to match our tenon cutters
Small countersink comes with 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1" bushings; large comes with 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" bushings
